No one was injured, said Vadim Kulit, deputy head of the Russian Center for the Reconciliation of Opposing Parties in Syria, on Wednesday.

“At around 2:00 am on November 3, two Israeli Air Force F-16 tactical fighter jets launched a missile strike from the Golan Heights area outside of Syrian airspace. , on the logistical support facilities of the Syrian government forces near the establishment of al-Qiswa in the governorate of Damascus, “he said.

According to Kulit, the strike caused insignificant property damage. “No loss among the Syrian military has been reported,” he added.

He also said that members of the pseudo-humanitarian organization White Helmets were plotting another provocation in the Syrian governorate of Idlib. “The Russian Center for the Reconciliation of the Opposing Parties has received reports that members of the pseudo-humanitarian organization White Helmets are preparing a provocation with the aim of accusing government forces of carrying out indiscriminate strikes against civilian installations and civilians, ”he said.

According to Kulit, people are recruited from the settlement of Kafr Kermin and Sarmada in Idlib governorate to participate in a fake video report. “There are plans to hire English-speaking journalists, who have arrived in the Idlib de-escalation zone to highlight the provocation,” he added.

Apart from that, he said four bombings from positions of the terrorist group Jabhat al-Nusra (banned in Russia) had been reported in the Idlib de-escalation zone in the past day.

The Russian reconciliation center continues to perform the tasks assigned to it after the end of the military campaign in Syria. The centre’s agents regularly travel to liberated areas of the country to assess the humanitarian situation. The main efforts of the Russian military are now focused on assisting refugees returning to their homes and evacuating civilians from de-escalation areas.
