The Resident Management Team in association with XIM University (New Campus), Odisha successfully organized the Food Carnival Fest – XU-Bites on November 16, 2022.
The opening ceremony was done by PS Antoine. Raj, SJ the Registrar of XIM University (New Campus), Odisha.
The festival aims to encourage local vendors in the city and students from various departments of the university to showcase their culinary skills. This festival will mark the mini launch of the flagship event, Xuhotsav’23.
Other campuses and students gathered to enjoy the party. There were over 15 food stalls set up by the students. Food stalls with a variety of cuisines ranging from North Indian to South Indian, Chinese, chaats, desserts, drinks, paan valas and ice cream. There was music and some of the food stalls also had gaming conventions to attract the public.
The festival was a great success for everyone and everything was perfectly managed by the team of residents’ secretaries and by the students who manned the booths.
